But thank you anyway

I have respected and admired the Mistress of House Eternal from afar. Her integrity is such that it seems to draw me.



If it wasn't for the love I have for my own C/M and this wonderful coven and its family I would be over there begging them to let me in, maybe even beating down the door.



It's times like this that a second account does really appeal to me.

This outburst has all come up because of something I just read in a journal entry. Somethings really do inspire me to aspire.

Chocolate fudge



INGREDIENTS

3 cups sugar

3/4 cup butter or margarine

1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk (Do not use sweetened condensed milk.)

1 1/2 (8 ounce) packages BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped

1 (7 ounce) jar JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme

1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts{optional}

1 teaspoon vanilla







DIRECTIONS

Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; set aside. Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.

Add chocolate and marshmallow creme; stir until completely melted. Add walnuts and vanilla; mix well.

Pour immediately into prepared pan; spread to form even layer in pan. Let stand at room temperature 4 hours or until completely cooled; cut into 1-inch squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.



*The chocolate mint... add in 1 tablespoon peppermint extract !!!!



*The chocolate penutbutter.... add in about half a cup or so of penutbutter... this i usally just guess and play with!



LOL or you can even layer it... using both fudges... playing all the part of the fun!
